Content Marketing
Content is the key, because it’s how a website creates an online experience. We should not address our readers as though they are gathered together in a stadium. When people read our copy, they are alone. We may as well pretend that we are writing to each of them a letter on behalf of our client.

 

There are three objectives of content marketing: 1. Reach, 2. Engagement 3. Conversion. Define key metrics for each. Marketers always ask how to make more or better content and it’s almost always the wrong question. The right question is: How do I get my content in front of the right people. It’s not the best content that wins. It’s the best-promoted content.
